Planning Suite Content Summary

For the planning suite, we have performed a seamless integration of the planning module from SeedCodeCalender®, designed by John SIndelar, an industry standard for FileMaker developers (www.seedcode.com).

Entrance options to the planning module are from two angles. Any user who enters the planning module from the opening screen will see his / her Gantt chart details immediately, spanning multiple projects when appropriate.

The other option is to select a project from the LabSuite database and enter the Gantt chart details from there, showing all items from all people involved in that project.

Resource planning is possible for employees, but also for any rate-limiting item or facility in your resaerch or production environment.

You can zoom in or out for date ranges, filter for projects, employees, resources or resource types, set critical datelines, percentage completion, phase details etc.

All with carefully designed interfaces that have a short learning curve for novice users.

Obviously, the planning module is linked to the Employee database so you have always your current employees from which you can select project leaders and team members with just one click.
