WelcomeSuite
This part functions as Central Station from where users can enter all databases via simple and intuitive screens. Customizable “hot buttons” are available to jump directly several layers deep and access items that are frequently used, or flash up a yellow pad to take quicknotes during phonecalls or meetings that will be linked to company information when ready.
This is also the part where accounts can be set up for all users in your company, allowing 8 different access levels to protect your data.
BusinessSuite
A complete CRM package but customized for biotech. It tracks all your contacts with clients, competitor info, material transfers, suppliers etc. The HRM part is also included in this Suite, coupling your employees to all databases but also allows you to store confidential employment history details.

LabSuite
focusses on the research part of a life science company, providing a user friendly access to the endless pile of data that is generated in a biotech lab every day, without having your staff spending most of their time doing bookkeeping in a very complex and inaccessible LIMS.
You will see an increased number of users on a voluntary basis once implemented, as soon as researchers find out that it is actually very easy to find something back amidst their own pile of unstructured data.

PlanningSuite
provides you with an easy to use Gantt chart module linked to your project database in which you can plan human and equipment resources, set percentage completion and all the functionalities you would expect to plan your projects.

ProductionSuite
Separated from the research environment (although linked in many ways) this Suite stores activities related to a production environment such as detailed production batch records, logs used procedures in a production process, quality control etc, in short everything you need to comply with in a certified production environment (press the large P for details). Those parts that are very likely to be company specific are residing in another file;
CustomSuite
this file is prepared for full integration in the other Suites and comes completely unlocked for you to add whatever layout or database you want to include yourself. Already added to this file are basic layouts and scripts for those databases that always need customization (product codes, product QC and process QC). No two companies are the same and this provides affordable flexibility to your Suites. You may build your own solution, you can ask LabScores to complete this CustomSuite, or you ask local FileMaker developers to help you out. The important message here is that you will not be dependent on one expensive IT company that has you trapped in every angle with an highly complex system and for each additional customization you will be charged heavily and wait. According to business surveys, over 80% of the companies using FileMaker-based solutions adept their databases on a weekly basis when the business environment is very dynamic and they need to response to changes in their workflow quickly.
Import help files
an increasing range of small helper databases are available to let you import data from handhelds, business card scanners, local Excel databases etc. Of course these can be further customized to fit your needs precisely. Also your existing solutions for data storage can be transferred to LabScores databases using very flexible import functions of FileMaker or live connections to other datasources (SQL, Oracle etc.).
Searchable Support Documents
from almost every layout, you can jump right into the help database, enter one or more keywords and immediately find detailed help or explanations on how you should enter data, how your data is processed or any other subject related to this program that you do not fully understand.
You may add your own documents to this database to provide customized support to your employees.
